Assemble core leadership to draft key messages, advice on overall strategy, and recruit Leadership Dialogue participants

Test in Leadership Dialogues

Invite small groups of influential people to discuss the project, react to the stated vision, and advise on communications to stakeholders

Engage Strategic Action Participants

Gather key prospects to provide input on the vision and strategies for implementation, and identify and reach out to volunteer leadership and possible donor prospects

Assess Data and Develop Options

Analyze data to develop fundraising options for a strategic action plan

Recruit Fundraising Leadership

Engage prospects in advising on the strategic action plan and assuming critical leadership roles

Launch Fundraising Initiative

Assist in implementing the action plan, counsel staff and volunteers, and evaluate progress and outcomes
